Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B Growth Strategy: Develop sales forecasts, identify new market segments, and secure high-value commercial HVAC projects.
• Lead the Technical/Sales Team: Direct the department to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while tracking the sales pipeline.
• Design Compliant HVAC Solutions: Evaluate technical specifications, drawings, and tenders to propose accurate engineering and design solutions.
• Manage Costing and Pricing: Oversee accurate project costing and commercial terms to ensure high gross profit margins.
• Serve as Key Account Lead: Act as the senior point of contact for strategic clients, MEP consultants, and main contractors.
• Bridge the gap between clients and internal production teams to guarantee on-time project delivery.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge relevant to precision component design, mechanical/electrical engineering applications, or complex HVAC/thermal systems.
• 7+ years of professional engineering experience, with a proven track record in a technical sales, application engineering, or project management leadership role.
• Able to make sound technical and commercial decisions under pressure.
• Willing to travel for customer visits, project meetings, exhibitions, factory visits, and business development activities.
• Results-oriented and commercially driven.
• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and customer requirements.
