Job summary

MOLECQ SDN. BHD. is seeking motivated and results-driven sales professionals to join our growing team in Malaysia.

You will drive business growth across Kuala Lumpur, Klang Valley, Penang, and other Peninsular areas, expand market opportunities, and build lasting relationships with dealers, contractors, and engineering professionals. The role requires travel across Peninsular Malaysia, strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a proactive, target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales and marketing, particularly in electrical products, building materials, or related industries, is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Must possess a valid driving licence, have access to a personal vehicle, and be willing to travel for business purposes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; able to prepare sales reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Business Growth: Identify, develop, and secure new customer accounts across Kuala Lumpur, Klang Valley, Penang, Butterworth, and other areas throughout Peninsular Malaysia.
• Expand Market Opportunities: Proactively explore new markets, identify potential customers, and build a strong customer portfolio to drive sustainable sales growth.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, electrical retailers, M&E consultants, and other industry stakeholders.
• Develop Sales Strategies: Conduct market research, monitor competitors’ products and market trends, and collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Manage Sales Performance: Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and maximising business opportunities.
• Travel & Explore: Be willing to travel for outstation visits, customer meetings, and business development activities across Peninsular Malaysia.
