Job summary

Cosmx Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kedah invites a Senior Human Resources Executive to join our HR team on a full-time basis in Karangan. This role shapes our HR strategy and drives key talent initiatives.

You will lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and onboarding while ensuring compliance with Malaysia’s employment regulations. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with 2-3 years in a senior capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) desirable.
• Experience in technology or fast-paced industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and laws.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including analysis, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.

About the role We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Executive to join our HR team in Karangan, Kedah on a full-time basis. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing human resources operations and initiatives that support our organisational objectives and drive employee engagement. As a Senior Human Resources Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy, managing key talent initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Key responsibilities Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives and employment legislation
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job analysis, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
• Oversee employee relations, performance management systems, and conduct disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring competitive positioning and compliance with regulatory standards
• Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, engagement, and career progression
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation whilst ensuring data confidentiality and GDPR compliance
• Conduct HR audits and analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
• Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management on organisational challenges and opportunities
• Manage employee relations issues, grievances, and disputes with professionalism and fairness
• Support workplace health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation

What we’re looking for We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources roles, with at least 2-3 years in a senior capacity
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law, labour regulations, and HR best practices
• Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
• Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is highly desirable
• Experience in technology or fast-paced industries is advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently with minimal supervision
