Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include payroll processing, attendance, leave, grievances, disciplinary matters and training coordination, while ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements and employee onboarding.
Maintain employee records and administer attendance, leave, claims, confirmation, transfer and resignation matters.
Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp levy and PCB.
Attend to employee enquiries and assist with grievances, disciplinary matters and engagement activities.
Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals, training and employee development programmes.
Ensure HR practices comply with Company policies and Malaysian labour laws.
Prepare HR reports and support general HR, audit and office administrative matters.
Perform other duties assigned by management and achieve the required KPIs.
