Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related HR experience with people management.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management or equivalent.
• Strong HR generalist background with Labour Law knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, training & development, payroll, compensation, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
• Develop HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead performance management and succession planning.
• Ensure audit readiness (RBA, ISO14001, ISO45001) and governance.
• Manage admin tasks including vendor management and 6S.
