Job summary

Bizlink Group in Penang is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead full-scope HR functions, from recruitment and development to payroll, compensation, performance reviews, employee relations and admin.

You will review and develop HR policies, drive succession planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage vendor services, audits, and daily admin tasks.

Candidates should have at least 7 years in HR, a bachelor’s degree, strong Labour Law knowledge, and hands-on payroll with Flex HRMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in HR, including People Management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent.
• Strong background in HR Generalist with working knowledge of Labour Laws and Industrial Relations Act.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full spectrum of HR functions: Recruitment, Training & Development, Payroll Processing, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Evaluation, Employee Relations, Admin.
• Suggest, review and develop HR policies and procedures.
• Lead performance management and succession planning; ensure regulatory compliance and governance.
• Evaluate orientation/new joiner training programs and improve work relationships, morale and retention.
• Handle vendor management, 6S, licensing and contracts; daily admin tasks and ad-hoc requests.
