Job summary

SPD Scientific (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior HR Executive in Malaysia to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and policy advisory. You will maintain HRIS data, generate HR reports, support payroll data, and ensure statutory compliance across EPF/SOCSO/EIS/LHDN. The role emphasizes process improvement and employee experience.

You will serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and staff, handling the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding in a dynamic Group environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years HR experience, strong understanding of recruitment cycles.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and payroll data processing.
• Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and statutory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and offer management.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and maintain HR records.
• Advise managers on policy and compliance with Malaysian law.
• Own employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and HRIS data integrity.
• Prepare HR reports and supporting payroll inputs for outsourced vendor.
• Handle statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN) and benefits administration.
