Job summary

GLOBAL SUPER 10 SUPPLY SDN BHD is seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll supporting tasks and employee relations. The role covers payroll processing, attendance tracking, benefits administration and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

You will coordinate training programs, assist in performance management, and maintain accurate HR records while supporting HR projects and improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR functions preferred.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Screen resumes and arrange interviews.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and reference checks.
• Prepare employment offers and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate new employee orientation and induction programs.
• Prepare employment contracts and personnel files.
• Manage resignation, termination and exit interviews.
• Assist in monthly payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime and claims.
