SPD Scientific (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Generalist to join the group and provide full HR support across entities. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, payroll processing, and statutory compliance while advising management and employees on HR matters.

The role emphasizes collaboration with hiring managers, development of HR initiatives, and maintaining HR data accuracy within the HRIS system.

Aufgaben

• Recruitment matters and onboarding: support recruitment activities for the Group and provide full HR generalist support to assigned business entities
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify top talent, participate in interviews, and facilitate the recruitment process
• Greet new hires, guiding them through onboarding to ensure they feel welcome from day one
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, training & development, and performance management
• Serve as trusted advisor on employee relations and conflict resolution
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and compliance
• Ensure SOPs and work instructions are current and updated annually
• Support HR initiatives and policies to improve engagement and DEI across the organization
• Contribute to professional development opportunities for the team and themselves
• Consolidate monthly HR reports and generate statistics as needed
• Handle monthly payroll processing and payroll reporting to Finance
• Stay up to date with labour laws and ensure compliance of HR processes
• Manage statutory-related matters such as government-paid leave claims, work pass applications, renewals, and MOM labour survey
• Collaborate with managers to create personalized development plans and provide training resources
