Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia-based manufacturing company in Johor, is seeking a Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment, payroll, and HR administration in a compliance-driven role.

You will handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB contributions, EP/ PVP/ WP processing, and documentation while maintaining accurate employee records and coordinating benefits and engagement activities. This on-site position requires knowledge of Malaysian labour regulations and immigration rules.

Qualifications

• Manages end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignations and disciplinary matters.
• Handles payroll processing including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and monthly payroll reporting.
• Processes Employment Pass, Professional Visit Pass, Work Permit and Special Pass applications.
• Prepares HR documentation such as offer letters, warnings, and counselling records.
• Maintains employee records including attendance, leave, training, medical and pass expiry tracking.
• Administers employee benefits, including insurance, allowances, uniforms and welfare.
• Organises employee engagement activities and company events.
• Ensures compliance with Malaysian labour law and immigration regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage company insurance, licenses, agreements and service contracts.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, VEP, Autopass, Touch ’n Go and transportation arrangements.
• Monitor office, hostel and pantry supplies.
• Handle monthly utility and service invoices.
