Job summary

POOL SPORT ELITE SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and payroll. You will handle statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB, and oversee foreign worker documentation and renewals.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in HR or business, 2–5+ years of HR experience in an SME, strong Malaysian labour-law knowledge, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR/BA or related field.
• 2–5+ years of relevant HR experience.
• SME experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
• Payroll and foreign worker administration experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin an added advantage; able to maintain confidentiality.
• Independent, organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily HR operations and administration.
• Recruitment, interview and staff onboarding.
• Manage attendance, leave, MC and overtime.
• Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll.
• Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB matters.
• Manage foreign worker documentation, permits and renewals.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Manage probation, confirmation and performance appraisal.
• Maintain employee records and HR documents.
• Handle resignation, termination and exit procedures.
• Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment requirements.
• Perform other HR duties assigned by Management.
