Job summary

Public Gold Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for a security services company providing armed and unarmed guarding services.

The role emphasizes foreign worker recruitment, immigration work permits, welfare, payroll, training and licence renewals, aligning HR with Operations to maintain adequate manpower and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Five years HR experience, including at least three years as an HR Manager in a security services company.
• Proven hands-on experience in foreign worker recruitment, immigration submissions, work permit applications and renewals.
• Experience coordinating security company licence renewals with relevant authorities (e.g., KDN, PDRM).
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment requirements, payroll administration and statutory contributions.
• Experience managing payroll for a large workforce across multiple sites and shifts.
• Proficient in HR and payroll systems, Microsoft Excel and HR reporting.
• Willing to travel to operational sites, worker accommodation and government offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HR operations and develop policies and procedures for the security services industry.
• Plan manpower requirements with Operations for existing sites, new contracts and deployments.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance reviews, disciplinary matters and employee exits.
• Maintain complete and accurate employee records, contracts and HR reports.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and admin for foreign security personnel, subject to approvals.
• Coordinate foreign worker quota and recruitment applications and supporting documents.
• Manage work permits, employment passes and other immigration documents.
• Oversee foreign worker accommodation, transport, medical access, insurance and welfare arrangements.
• Coordinate security licence applications and renewals, including HR and manpower documentation.
• Oversee payroll processing for guards, site supervisors and office staff.
