Qualifications

• Experience in planning and managing HR functions in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to handle payroll, benefits, and leave administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to employee onboarding.
• Source and screen suitable candidates according to company requirements.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate interview sessions with management.
• Manage employee personal files and HR documentation.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality and working schedules.
• Manage annual leave, medical leave and other types of leave.
• Coordinate monthly payroll preparation and verification.
• Handle employee complaints, grievances and workplace issues.
• Liaise with government agencies including PERKESO/SOCSO, JTK, LHDN, and EPF/KWSP.
