GOLDEN HORSE RUBBER SDN. BHD. is expanding its HR & Admin team at our Klang, Selangor facility.

We seek an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment, payroll processing, employee records, and compliance with Malaysian laws. The role reports directly to the General Manager and offers a path toward a managerial position. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of HR experience, familiarity with SQL Payroll, and strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to support a growing

Qualifications

2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
Ability to lead an HR & Admin team and support the General Manager.

Responsibilities

Oversee full recruitment process from job ads to onboarding.
Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and compensation programs.
Maintain accurate, confidential HR records and documentation.
Liaise with government authorities, agencies, and external parties.
Monitor compliance with Malaysian employment law, labour and safety regulations.
Establish and lead the HR & Admin team and supervise staff.
Provide HR advice and administrative support to the General Manager.
