Job summary

Wear Safe (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an HR Officer to manage foreign worker documentation, onboarding, and compliance in a manufacturing setting.

The role covers permits, medicals, and coordination with immigration authorities, ensuring audit-ready records and smooth employee relocation and repatriation. The candidate will lead full-cycle hiring for operators, conduct initial screenings and interviews, and liaise with payroll for onboarding paperwork, while providing frontline HR support to

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience maintaining records, reporting, and basic computer skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in manufacturing HR handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end foreign worker processes: permits, visas, and renewals.
• Coordinate mandatory medical examinations for foreign workers.
• Handle immigration-related matters and FW resignations.
• Oversee onboarding logistics and offboarding/repatriation.
• Maintain audit-ready files for every foreign worker.
• Run recruitment cycles for operators, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate with supervisors.
• Serve as contact for employees on admin issues and hostel matters.
