Private Advertiser seeks an HR Senior Manager to join the leadership team in a full-time capacity. You will shape HR strategy, drive employee engagement, and ensure operational excellence across the resort.

Reporting to senior management, you will lead recruitment, development, and compliance efforts to attract and retain top talent. The role emphasizes strategic advisory, change management, and building a high-performing HR function within a premier hospitality setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in a senior HR role, preferably in hospitality or resort settings.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent selection across departments.
• Manage employee relations, performance, and disciplinary processes.
• Lead training and development to enhance skills and progression.
• Administer compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance per Malaysian law.
• Provide strategic HR advice on restructuring and workforce planning.
• Monitor HR metrics: turnover, engagement, and recruitment effectiveness.
• Foster an inclusive, engaging workplace reflecting resort values.
• Lead HR team, mentor staff, and drive professional development.
