Job summary

Private Advertiser, a premier hospitality group in Sepang, Selangor, seeks an HR Manager to drive people strategy and organisational excellence. You will lead recruitment, talent development and employee relations while ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 in management.
• Proven expertise in recruitment, talent management, employee relations and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour law, regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-level relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with resort objectives and growth.
• Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding across all departments.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management and disciplinary matters.
• Design and deliver training and development programmes.
• Manage compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive remuneration.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and industry standards.
• Foster a positive culture promoting teamwork, wellbeing and innovation.
• Prepare HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with department heads on staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
