KK View Sdn Bhd in Malaysia operates a hotel where an HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, HR administration, training and policy compliance.
You will manage day-to-day HR operations, handle full recruitment with sourcing, interviewing and onboarding, run monthly payroll with deductions and statutory contributions, maintain records, and drive staff training and engagement while ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
Responsible for managing the overall HR functions of the hotel, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, HR administration, training, and compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Key responsibilities
Manage and oversee the day-to‑day HR operations and functions.
Handle the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Manage and process monthly payroll, including salary, overtime, allowances, deductions, statutory contributions, and other payroll-related matters.
Ensure payroll is processed accurately and within the required timeline.
Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and staff enquiries.
Prepare HR related documents.
Coordinate staff training, development, and employee engagement activities.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
About you
Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience handling full-spectrum HR functions and payroll.
Hands‑on experience in monthly payroll processing is required.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is an advantage.
Good knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
