Swiss-Garden International Hotels, Resorts & Inns, part of the OSK Group, seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager (Hospitality) to partner with business leaders and drive HR strategies across our hotel portfolio. You will manage recruitment, payroll, performance management and compliance while supporting workforce development.

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources within the hotel industry.
• Experience in hotel and accommodation services operations.

Responsabilidades

• Set and communicate strategic HR policies, plans and goals to support a high-performance culture.
• Oversee recruitment processes and payroll operations, ensuring timely and compliant cycles.
• Drive HR projects, liaise with Centers of Excellence, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide strategic HR support to achieve business objectives.
• Direct performance management programs and annual salary reviews with senior leadership.
• Ensure HR policies reflect current requirements and are communicated across the organization.
• Lead training needs analysis and implement onboarding and development initiatives.
