Qualifications

• About 10 years of HR and admin generalist experience.
• Solid knowledge of Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
• Experience with expat immigration procedures (EP/PVP).
• Independent worker with high integrity and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage local recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, monthly payroll, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS).
• Roll out HQ's performance appraisal framework for local staff.
• Ensure labour compliance and handle employee relations.
• Oversee admin and expat support, including office leases and vendor contracts.
• Handle Employment Pass, PVP and visa applications for engineers and managers.
