MKS Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Generalist in Penang, Malaysia to partner with all departments and manage daily HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring policy compliance and a positive employee experience. You will maintain HR data accuracy, contribute to HR projects, and support payroll, compensation, and benefits administration while reporting to the HR Manager.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of related HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and labor relations.
• Experience handling disciplinary actions, investigations and grievances.
• Unionized environment experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with departments to manage daily HR operations and lifecycle processes.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate HR data and HRIS records; produce HR reports and analytics.
• Support payroll, compensation and benefits administration.
• Ensure policy compliance and provide excellent HR service delivery.
