Job summary

Element Solutions Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver end-to-end HR operations for Malaysia and support regional HR initiatives across Southeast Asia.

You will partner with managers and employees to ensure smooth HR processes, compliance with local employment laws, and a positive employee experience. The role covers recruitment coordination, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits, record-keeping in SuccessFactors, and support of performance management and salary reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on payroll administration experience.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and statutory requirements.
• Experience using HRIS such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR operations for Malaysia.
• Manage employee lifecycle including recruitment coordination, onboarding, transfers and offboarding.
• Prepare employment-related documents (contracts, promotions, salary adjustments, transfers).
• Support monthly payroll with timely payroll inputs and accurate reports.
• Administer employee benefits, insurance and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update in SuccessFactors.
• Support probation, performance management and annual salary reviews.
• Handle HR policy inquiries and guidance.
