EAM Systems Integration in Malaysia seeks an HR generalist to support the setup and growth of HR operations, recruitment and practical process building. You will work independently with direction from the General Manager.

Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, employee guidelines and the handbook; coordinate payroll-related tasks and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with Malaysian employment requirements. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business or related field.
• About 3 years of broad, hands-on HR experience.
• Practical knowledge of Malaysian employment practices, payroll/statutory processes, end-to-end recruitment, policies and employee relations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, employee guidelines and the handbook; ensure compliance with Malaysian employment requirements.
• Coordinate and manage recruitment, interviewing, offers and probation follow-up; build pipelines for various roles.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, attendance, leaves, payroll coordination and benefits; liaise with payroll providers.
• Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB submissions and maintain accurate employee data.
• Respond to employee HR questions and support grievances, disciplinary matters and performance issues.
