Khean Seng Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior HR Executive to recruit, support and develop talent, and to implement HR policies and procedures. You will handle payroll, training, performance management and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Malaysia labour laws.

Based in Penang, the role requires fluency in Mandarin and strong communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, along with experience in HRMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Malaysia labour law and disciplinary procedures.
• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Experience as HR officer/administrator or in a similar HR role.

Responsabilités

• Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the organization's goals.
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Develop training and development programs.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Support compensation and benefits programs.
• Handle employee relations issues, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and facilitating communication between management and employees.
• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including calculating wages, overtime and other payments.
• Handle foreigners permits renewals, agency agreements renewals and extensions and salaries.
