Job summary

XD Power Transmission (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources Executive to support the HR function across the full cycle, including payroll and recruitment.

You will develop and update HR policies, ensure compliance with the Malaysia Employment Act 1955, and liaise with government agencies.

The role requires fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR Management or related field.
• Knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act 1955 is preferred.
• Experience with payroll, recruitment and HR policy implementation is desirable.
