Job summary

Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Human Resource Executive (HR Operations) to manage payroll processing, HR systems, and compliance. You will ensure accurate payroll, data integrity, and professional service delivery across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience with hands-on payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR systems including HRIS and time attendance.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across HR systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll enquiries and provide timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external authorities on payroll matters.
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin with relevant stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and participate in audits and improvements.
