Responsibilities

• Sourcing for active and passive candidates via job portals, social media, networks or agencies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or online interviews to evaluate skills and fit.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.
• Maintain recruitment tracking, finalize candidates, and negotiate offers.
• Partner with internal teams to understand job requirements and refine hiring strategies.
• Post and place advertisements after refining.

The candidate requires strong communication skills and familiarity with social media hiring tools.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing for active and passive candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks or recruitment agencies
• Screening resumes and conduct initial phone or online interviews to evaluate skills and work values
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, or superior and manage ongoing communication
• Keep the tracking and recruitment process, finalize candidate, negotiate offer and up to date
• Partner with internal teams or HOD to understand job requirements and refine hiring strategies
• Post & Place advertisement upon the refine

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organization and active listening
