Job summary

PMX Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment and onboarding by assisting in sourcing, interviewing, and HR operations.

The role covers candidate sourcing through portals and social media, coordinating interviews, maintaining records, and helping with job ads and onboarding for new hires. Exposure to EP/visa processes for expatriates is included.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Contact candidates to schedule interviews and provide necessary interview information.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Assist in preparing job advertisements and posting vacancies on recruitment platforms.
• Support recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
• Assist in pre-employment documentation and onboarding arrangements for new hires.
• Assist in employee mobility matters, including Employment Pass (EP), visa applications, relocation support, onboarding arrangements, document preparation, and compliance with immigration requirements for expatriate employees.
• Support administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR activities.
• Carry out any ad hoc duties assigned by the superior.
