Job summary

Private Advertiser is hiring an HR professional to develop and implement comprehensive HR policies aligned with company goals and legal requirements.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management, while overseeing compensation programs and compliance. Strong communication and CHRP-preferred credentials enhance career progression within a dynamic automotive-focused team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years in human resources, preferably in automotive and ER.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and IR practices.
• Experience in recruitment, selection and onboarding.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Million Payroll and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Discretion handling sensitive information.
• CHRP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and programmes aligned with objectives and legal requirements.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding including job ads, screening and interviews.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution and performance management.
• Oversee training and development programmes to enhance skills and progression.
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes with competitive packages.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover for retention improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and IR regulations.
• Contribute to strategic workforce planning and organizational development.
