Job summary

Techbond Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam seeks an experienced HR Executive/Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and maintain accurate employee records.

You will coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance, administer HR policies, handle employee relations and disciplinary actions, and manage layoffs, retrenchment, and union matters. Mandarin proficiency is mandatory for top management interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as HR Generalist.
• Knowledge of employment law and government compliance.
• Mandarin language proficiency is a must for top management.
• Strong HR operations knowledge and communication skills.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and maintain employee records.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

Education & Experience

Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.

Minimum 3 year of experience in a Human Resource Generalist role.

Preferably with knowledge and experience in employment law and government compliance regulations.

Are able to communicate effectively in Chinese, English, and Malay; Mandarin language proficiency is A MUST to effectively communicate with top management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge and hands-on experience in HR operations.

Independent, proactive, and strong in execution.

Good time management and self-discipline.

Trustworthy, impartial, and objective in handling HR matters.

Strong critical evaluation and problem-solving skills.
