Job summary

TECHBOND Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Senior HR Executive to oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR records maintenance. The role requires hands-on experience in HR operations and labour law compliance, with a focus on timely, accurate administration.

You will advise management on HR and industrial relations matters, support training initiatives, and ensure policy adherence while fostering a collaborative, compliant work environment across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in a Human Resource Generalist role.
• Preferably with knowledge and experience in employment law and government compliance regulations.
• Mandarin language proficiency is A MUST to effectively communicate with top management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of employee records.
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, and statutory compliance.
• Administer HR policies, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
• Handle layoffs/retrenchment and union-related matters.
• Coordinate training programs and maintain training and audit records.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Support employee welfare, safety, and general HR administration.
• Advise Management and handle HR and Industrial Relations (IR) matters.
