The role involves coordinating immigration requirements, maintaining records, and liaising with government agencies to ensure full compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 4–5 years of experience in foreign worker matters, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage foreign worker permit applications, renewals, and cancellations to ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Coordinate FOMEMA, immigration, and related statutory requirements for foreign workers.
• Maintain accurate foreign worker records, including permits, passports, and employment documentation.
• Liaise with government authorities, agencies and internal stakeholders on foreign worker matters.
• Monitor foreign worker quota utilization and provide regular manpower updates.
• Support onboarding, deployment and repatriation processes for foreign workers.
• Ensure compliance with hostel and employment regulations related to foreign workers.
