SINDIYAN PLANTATION SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated HR administrator to manage foreign worker and expatriate documentation, work permits, and immigration matters. You will coordinate with government agencies and recruitment partners while supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements include a Diploma/Degree in HR or related field and 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably with foreign workers. Travel to plantation sites may be required.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage foreign worker and expatriate documentation, work permits, passports, medical examinations, and insurance.
Coordinate work permit, employment pass, renewal, cancellation, and immigration matters.
Liaise with government agencies, recruitment agencies, and other external parties.
Coordinate onboarding, transfer, accommodation, transportation, and repatriation arrangements.
Maintain accurate employee records and monitor document expiry dates.
Assist with general HR administration, including attendance, leave, employee records, and HR reports.
Handle employee enquiries and administrative matters.
Ensure proper HR documentation and compliance with company requirements.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of HR experience, preferably handling foreign workers or expatriates.
Experience dealing with immigration, work permits, government agencies, or recruitment agencies is an advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel to plantation sites when required.
