Job summary

Tekmark Group is seeking an energetic HR Generalist to support recruitment and broader HR activities across our regional operations. The role offers exposure to end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and HR initiatives in a dynamic tech-focused environment.

You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates through multiple channels, and help develop talent pipelines while aligning with local employment laws and HR practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment.
• Good understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful and passionate about people.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
• Prepare employment offers and manage employee onboarding arrangement.

• Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Support employee relations and HR policy implementation.
• Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and employment legislation.
