Job summary

Nation Success Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional to serve as the primary point of contact for employees on terms, benefits, leave, attendance and company policies. You will maintain confidential records and support onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and employee relations.

You will also manage foreign worker documentation, work permits, immigration matters, and liaise with government agencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
  • Experience in recruitment and general HR operations.
  • Experience with HR2000 payroll systems is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding employment terms, benefits, leave, attendance, company policies, and general HR matters.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and confidential employee records, personnel files, HR databases and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Support employee relations matters and ensure concerns are handled professionally and confidentially.
  • Manage foreign worker and expatriate documentation, work permits, passports, medical examinations, and insurance.
  • Coordinate work permit, employment pass, renewal, cancellation, and immigration matters.
  • Liaise with government agencies, recruitment agencies, and other external parties.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance, leave.
  • Support monthly statutory submissions and maintain the required records for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD, HRDC and other applicable Malaysian requirements.
  • Coordinate employee tax and payroll-related documentation, including EA Forms and other annual submissions.
  • Ensure payroll and statutory records are complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timelines.
  • Handle general office administration and provide administrative support as required.
