We are seeking an experienced HR, Payroll and Admin Executive to support end-to-end HR operations and payroll administration across multiple companies within the Group. This role offers broad exposure to employee lifecycle management, payroll processing, HR systems, and office administration in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:Manage HR operational activities including onboarding, confirmation, employee transfers, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
Prepare HR letters and employment-related documents in accordance with company policies.
Administer employee benefits, leave management, attendance records, and other HR processes.
Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely statutory submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF.
Handle payroll reports, reconciliations, employee payroll enquiries, and year-end payroll activities.
Support HR audits and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
Assist with HRMS enhancement and system implementation activities, including data validation, testing, and user support.
Coordinate recruitment administrative activities when required.
Oversee general office administration, facilities coordination, vendor management, and office upkeep.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and other HR projects assigned by management.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations and payroll administration.
Familiar with Malaysian employment legislation and payroll statutory requirements.
Experience handling payroll independently is highly preferred.
Knowledge of HRMS and payroll systems will be an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
