Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage daily HR operations, maintain records, and handle onboarding, transfers, and terminations for projects and sites.

Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, resignation, and termination.
Maintain employee information, attendance, leave, claims, and HR records in Worksy.
Prepare HR documents including LOA, confirmation, transfer, salary adjustment, warning, and resignation letters.
Provide HR support to employees and project/site teams and handle day-to-day HR enquiries.
Support employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with company policies and applicable Malaysian employment requirements.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and documentation.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, clearance, and exit procedures.
Manage and support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and onboarding.
Coordinate with relevant departments on payroll, statutory matters, employee benefits, and HR-related issues.
Support HR projects, process improvements, audits, and other HR initiatives as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or project-based industries.
Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
Experience in recruitment and general HR operations.
Experience with Worksy or other HRIS/payroll systems is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
