Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR & Administration professional to support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. The role includes maintaining HR data, attendance and leave records, and ensuring timely regulatory submissions.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of HR & Administration experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Support the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, employee engagement, payroll, compensation & benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and timely submission/payment of employee-related contributions, including EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), EIS, PCB/LHDN, HRD Corp, and other regulatory requirements.
Manage and update HR databases, attendance records, leave administration, and employee information systems.
Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and statutory contributions are accurately calculated and processed on time.
Support employee relations matters, including handling employee inquiries, disciplinary documentation, and HR-related communications.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR & Administration experience.
Experience in payroll processing will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Able to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
