ASA System in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, leave management, employee relations, performance management, and exit processes. You will ensure policy compliance and maintain confidential records.
You will also oversee office operations, licenses, travel arrangements, facilities, events, and staff development programs, guiding the HR & Admin team toward organizational goals.

Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, leave, employee relations, performance management, and exit processes.
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including manpower planning, candidate selection, and onboarding.
Process monthly payroll, including salary, overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp).
Maintain employee records, employment contracts, HR documentation, and ensure confidentiality.
Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary issues, counselling, and staff welfare.
Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and Employee Handbook in compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
Coordinate performance appraisal, salary review, training, and employee development programs.
Prepare HR reports and provide HR support and recommendations to management.
Manage daily office administration operations and ensure smooth workplace activities.
Manage company licenses, permits, insurance, and regulatory documentation renewals.
Coordinate staff business travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, transportation, visa applications, and travel claims.
Oversee office facilities, company assets, equipment, stationery, and general office requirements
Organizing company events, meetings, employee activities, and corporate functions.
Monitor administrative expenses, purchasing activities, and office-related costs.
Ensure a safe, organized, and comfortable working environment.
Supervise and guide the HR & Admin team to achieve departmental objectives.
Promote teamwork, a positive work culture, and employee engagement across the company.
Provide support to senior management on HR & Admin matters and business initiatives.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Administration functions.
Knowledge and experience using SQL Payroll System is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential information professionally.
