Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years in direct sales/marketing for CFS solutions in construction/building markets.
• Self-motivated with target-driven approach and low supervision.
• Experience in forecasting pricing, quotations and budgeting.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
• Proactive team player with problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; CAD is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and leads.
• Conduct site visits and audits to assess customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Use CRM to track interactions and forecast sales progress.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams on feasible solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and address concerns.
• Report sales activities and adjust strategies based on market trends.
