Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, HVAC, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 3–5 years of direct sales experience in industrial machinery.
• Self-motivated with a proactive hunter mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts and build relationships to understand customer needs.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to hit annual growth targets.
• Prepare tenders and lead negotiations for profitable orders.
