Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a mission-critical services company in Malaysia, focused on fire protection and life-safety solutions. The role is to drive sales growth, nurture relationships with customers and partners, and present technical solutions effectively.

You will target new leads, respond to inquiries with quotes, and expand into new market territories while coordinating with suppliers and principals to win projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Bachelor Degree (Hons) Business Development and Marketing.
• Over 2 years of experience in Fire Protection / Life and Safety product sales or related fields.
• Ability to present products and solutions to customers and partners.
• Knowledge of measurement, pricing, and Bill of Quantities.
• Strong coordination, liaison, negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-discipline with proactive sales activity planning.
• Preference for Mandarin and English speaking.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company's products/services to existing and new customers to hit personal sales targets.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with customers and business partners.
• Deliver product technology updates to customers and partners.
• Solicit and develop new sales leads and propose suitable solutions.
• Follow up on inquiries and provide quotations.
• Aggressively visit new and potential customers to win projects and specify BOM quantities.
• Develop new market territories and plan marketing events with suppliers and principals.
