Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. in Malaysia seeks a Sales Lead to drive growth across building systems verticals. You will manage key accounts, forecast, and lead a sales team to secure long-term profitability.

You will report to the Country Leader of Malaysia, develop account plans, and expand the customer base among architects, engineers and contractors, while aligning with corporate strategy and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of sales and/or operational experience in building systems.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience managing others.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales & account management strategies to foster long-term customer relationships.
• Plan, forecast, manage and deliver long-term profitable branch growth.
• Develop and direct the sales force to be the premier supplier of equipment across building types.
• Actualize account management strategies, sales planning, pipeline management and training.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with owners, architects, engineers and contractors.
• Lead in local community and professional organizations to monitor market trends.
