The role involves managing supplier relationships, acting as the main contact for invoices and payments, and performing routine filing and ad-hoc duties to assist Management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Finance Admin.
• Mandarin fluency preferred due to interaction with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Be the main contact for vendor inquiries on invoices and payment status.
• Escalate unresolved supplier payment issues to Management.
• Prepare daily supplier status reports.
• File and maintain financial documents and records.

Position: Senior Finance Admin Executive

Job Summary

The Senior Finance Admin Executive supports the finance operations by managing supplier inquiries, coordination and support Management to resolve issues related to finance operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors including Holdings and related companies.
• Act as the main point of contact for vendor inquiries on invoices and payment status.
• Escalate unresolved or urgent supplier payment issues to Management.
• Prepare daily supplier status reports.
• Perform systematic filing and maintenance of financial documents and records
• Handle ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable Finance Admin.
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandar!n are preferred as the role requires candidates to interact with Mandar!n speaking suppliers and vendors.
