Job summary

Neu Dimension is seeking a Finance Executive to join our Kuala Lumpur team in Jalan Pinang. You will manage a full set of accounts, financial reporting, AP/AR, audit prep, tax compliance, financing applications, and annual budgeting.

You will contribute to monthly closing, inter-company reconciliations, and bank reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices and payments. The role requires strong detail-orientation and independence.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts and financial reporting.
• Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; knowledge of QuickBooks is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Job description

We are seeking a Finance Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for a full spectrum of accounting functions, including financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, audit preparation, tax compliance, financing applications and annual budgeting.

This position will be based in Jalan Pinang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts and prepare monthly management reports.
• Perform monthly inter-company reconciliations, billings and journal entries.
• Process supplier invoices, staff claims and cheque payments accurately and on time.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, including payment vouchers and cheque issuance.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain proper filing and supporting documents for payment and accounting transactions.
• Prepare audit schedules, bank confirmations and supporting documents for annual audits.
• Assist auditors during audit periods and review audit-related computations.
• Review monthly tax computations and assist with transfer pricing documentation.
• Monitor overseas bills for withholding tax applicability and due dates.
• Maintain withholding tax records, certificates, receipts and payment tracking.
• Assist in preparing financing application forms and supporting documentation.
• Support the preparation and revision of annual budgets for relevant companies.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of working experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or any related field
• Experience in handling and maintaining full set of accounts and financial reporting
• Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint and knowledge of Quickbooks accounting system (or experience with other accounting systems) will be an advantage
