Job summary

CompAsia Sdn Bhd seeks a Senior Executive, Workplace & Retail Support to coordinate store readiness, tenancy administration and facilities services across the retail network and corporate offices.

You will manage openings/relocations/renovations, liaise with landlords and authorities, oversee vendor performance and maintain asset and safety documentation to keep stores compliant and operational.

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate new store openings, relocations, renovations and closures.
• Experience with tenancy agreements and lease documentation.
• Ability to coordinate facility maintenance and workplace support requirements.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Knowledge of utilities administration including electricity, water, internet, and telecoms.
• Ability to maintain reports, trackers, dashboards and operational records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new store activities — opening, relocation, renovation and closure.
• Ensure operational readiness — internet/Wi-Fi, utilities, signage, access cards/keys.
• Coordinate security setup — CCTV, access control, alarms and related vendors.
• Maintain lease and tenancy records for all stores; monitor expiry dates.
• Liaise with landlords, malls and authorities on tenancy matters.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance for stores and offices; track service requests.
