Job summary

Sperton Global AS is hiring a Retail Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of our retail network across Bandar Sunway and Subang Jaya. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen and the ability to manage multiple locations on the ground.

You will lead frontline teams, negotiate leases and agreements, ensure SOP compliance, and drive reporting and performance insights. Travel to sites will be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing multiple physical locations.
• Experience in commercial negotiation, leasing or agent agreements.
• Strong operational and reporting skills.
• Experience managing frontline staff across multiple locations.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and working proficiency in English.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Experience in courier, logistics, freight forwarding or remittance services will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance across retail sites.
• Ensure shipment handover, cash reconciliation and SOP compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits and resolve operational issues.
• Negotiate lease, revenue-share and agent agreements.
• Manage documentation from LOI through to signed agreement.
• Support the opening and expansion of new retail locations.
• Manage third-party partners and ensure operational SLA compliance.
• Evaluate and develop new partnership opportunities.
• Manage staff scheduling, coverage and cross-training.
• Build an efficient frontline team across multiple locations.
• Manage daily retail reporting, prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries.
• Identify operational issues and recommend practical solutions.

WE’RE HIRING | RETAIL OPERATIONS LEAD

Location: Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya

Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,000/month

Employment: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a Retail Operations Lead to oversee and drive the daily operations of our growing retail network.

This is a hands-on and commercially focused role suited for someone who is comfortable managing people, handling commercial negotiations, visiting retail locations and solving operational issues on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations

• - Oversee daily operations and performance across retail sites
• - Ensure shipment handover, cash reconciliation and SOP compliance

Retail & Commercial Agreements
