Job summary

ES Eng Soon (J) Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics coordinator to assist all supply chain operations in a dynamic environment. You will plan transportation routes, prepare Delivery Orders and invoices, and ensure on-time pickup and delivery of shipments.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in logistics, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office and logistics software. SPM or higher with a degree in related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• SPM or higher educational qualification is required.
• Degree in business administration, logistics or related field preferred.
• Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• More than 1 year of experience in logistics management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting all supply chain operations.
• Plan, organize transportation routes.
• Prepare and route Delivery Orders, Invoices and statements of account.
• Ensure safe and timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
• Monitor shipments and timelines.
• Address shipment and inventory issues.
