Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Logistics & Warehousing Manager to plan and lead order fulfilment, transport, and trade compliance operations across our network in Penang. The role requires coordinating with factories to ensure timely responses to customer issues and driving improvement projects in warehousing, inventory, systems, and compliance.

You will optimize space and inventory systems, manage freight billing and budgeting with Finance, oversee import/export

Qualifications

• At least 8-10 years of work experience, including experience in a managerial role
• Experience in related warehousing management, inbound/outbound shipping, and order fulfilment
• Exposure to WMS SAP
• Ability to plan shipping schedules to meet delivery deadlines during holidays, plant shutdown, etc
• Forecast budget for the entire warehousing and traffic operations
