HTFU Restaurant Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT infrastructure specialist to support and maintain the organisation's store and head office IT ecosystem. You will handle first- and second-line support, configure POS hardware, and ensure reliable network and cloud environments.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS and 3–5 years in IT infrastructure or operations support, with strong problem-solving and travel to stores as needed.

Support and maintain the organisation's end-to-end IT ecosystem, with primary focus on business-critical store and operational systems.
Provide first-line and second-line IT support for stores and head office to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
Configure, troubleshoot and maintain IT hardware including POS terminals, PCs/CPUs, receipt and kitchen printers, tablets/iPads, routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points/extenders, network devices and related peripherals.
Support and maintain POS-related systems and peripherals, including POS replacement/setup, printer routing, terminal connectivity and device configuration.
Support menu synchronisation, menu master maintenance, SKU/item activation or deactivation, menu publishing and refreshes across relevant operational platforms.
Coordinate with external software vendors, hardware vendors, ISPs and specialist consultants, including issue escalation, follow-up and validation of solutions.
Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance programme for critical store IT equipment to reduce recurring failures and unplanned downtime.
Identify recurring technical issues and recommend root-cause solutions and standardisation, rather than relying solely on repeated temporary fixes.
Work closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial, Marketing and external partners to ensure technology supports business and operational requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or operations support.
Practical knowledge of networking (routing/switching), server maintenance, backup solutions, and cloud environments.
Strong problem-solving abilities, independent time management, and clear communication for cross-functional support.
Hands-on, responsive and able to travel to stores when remote troubleshooting is insufficient.
